Transfer subscribers from .com to .org?

I want to transfer my subscribers from my wordpress.com account to my wordpress.org account, hosted through GoDaddy.
Could someone please manually transfer them for me?
Will this include followers to posts as well as to my main blog? I will include the .com and the .org
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Provided you install and activate the JetPack plugin and provide the relevant URL(s), then Staff do the transfer of subscribers and stats for you. Please do that now as I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

Is there anything else that I need to do before someone transfers those over to me? Where can I provide the relevant URLs?

new URL: http://www.stephanbrigidi.com/blog
(it might show up as stephenbrigidi.com/blog, as I own both sites)Much appreciated! I shall wait patiently for my subscribers to come back now.

Hi there,
I have moved over all your WordPress.com subscribers as requested. Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.

thanks…. my only other question is taht some of my subscribers already signed up with their email addresses and I see them in the list twice. Does this mean that they will two emails? Is there a way to filter out the newer ones?
THanks again so very much. I can probably easily deal with the duplicates — much easier than getting everyone to re-subscribe.

Sorry about that! Our system is supposed to catch duplicates, but it looks like there was a glitch this time around. I’ve removed those duplicate subscribers, so you should be all set. If you have any other questions or concerns about that, please let me know. :)
