Transfer subscribers from .com to .org

  I have successfully moved my blog from vergingoneurope.wordpress.com to euroblog.michaelertl.com. I have also installed and connected Jetpack.

  Could any of the staff please move my subscribers to my new domain?

  I sent a communication earlier this week to please move my subscribers from femmefitaleblog.com to femmefitalefitclub.com (self hosted). I installed and activated Jetpack. Please advise as I can be reached at (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site I have tagged this thread for their attention. Please subscribe to this thread and be patient while waiting as it’s the weekend.

  I’m happy to transfer the users who have subscribed to your blog either by email or via the WordPress.com Reader.

  Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site. You might want to post a notice on your old site about your upcoming move to keep your readers informed.

  Can you please reply back if you have any questions or let me know you would like to go ahead and move your subscribers?
