Transfer subscribers from one blog to another

  Hello :)

  I’ve moved my blog from http://poochka.wordpress.com/ to https://milanmadrid.wordpress.com/, could someone help me transfer my subscribers to the new blog, please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have migrated your subscribers, as requested. There was 8 WordPress.com subscribers and 3 email subscribers.

  If you were expecting more, make sure to use the publicize feature to connect your social media sites, as those are added to your subscriber count.
