Transfer subscribers from wordpress.com

  Hi, I have just moved my blog from wordpress.com to self hosted using wordpress.org. Can I move my email subscribers across to the new blog? It seems this has to be done by WP staff?

  My blog on WordPress is usenenadam.wordpress.com
  The new domain is usenenadam.net

  (I have installed Jetpack.)
