I need to get my subscribers transferred to my self hosted blog. It appears I need to install the Jetpack plugin, which I have done. And I have linked my accounts. Anything else?

Provided you install and activate the JetPack plugin and provide the relevant URL(s), then Staff do the transfer of subscribers and stats for you. Please do that now as I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

Thanks. I should be all set, I activated JetPack last night as I was researching all this and trying to get things switched. So I’ll just wait to be notified it’s all done!

    Hi there,

I have moved over all your WordPress.com subscribers as requested. Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.

Please let me know if you have any questions. :)

    Happy blogging!
