Transfer subscribers from wordpress.com to self-hosted blog

  Hi,

  I added the JetPack plugin to my self hosted wordpress.org site, and I need to have the subscribers transferred from my old blog. The new site is: http://www.jmissouri.com. The old blog is pursuitofexploration.wordpress.com.
