transfer subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  Hello, I have installed jetpack subscribe. Can I receive help moving subscribers from janesjournals.wordpress.com to janesjournals.org?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi.

  I have a similar issue. I have transferred everything as far as blog content from my http://www.wifemomhouse.wordpress.com site to http://www.wifemomhouseohmy.com (wordpress.org site) EXCEPT my subscribers and my stats. I was told there was a way to do so but I can’t figure out how. I have turned Jetpack on and set up subscribers.

  Can someone help me?
