  Hi, I would like to transfer my subscribers from

  You must install and activate the JetPack plugin so Staff can transfer your email subscribers for you. Have you done that?

  Your email subscribers have been transferred as requested. At this time, WordPress.com followers can’t be moved.

  What’s the best way to point my wordpress.com followers in the direct of my new blog.

  I was going make a final post on my old blog wordsfromcoachd.wordpress.com to direct them to my new blog http://www.landmarkjourneyministries.com/blog/

  Would that be the best way?

  That is an excellent thing to do. That way, you can encourage them to subscribe on your new site.

  Another thing you might want to consider is our Site Redirect upgrade, which will automatically redirect visitors and search engines to your new site, where you can also have a post encouraging folks to sign up.
