Transfer subscribers to self-hosted site

  I would like to transfer my subscribers at http://alcantaraacupuncture.wordpress.com to my new self-hosted site at http://alcantaraacupuncture.com. It is Jetpack enabled. (Jetpack is installed and activated using my WordPress.com credentials.)

  Hey there,
  I’ll be happy to tag this for staff attention. They will transfer your subscribers.

  Please subscribe to this thread so you’ll know when they assist you. Staff is backlogged and works through threads in chronological order. The best thing to do is be patient, and know that they’ll take care of you as soon as they are able.

  Hi, kardotim. My old blog shows still show 267 subscribers, and my new site shows only 118. I seem to remember having 300+ subscribers, so it looks as thought only 117 have moved (one subscribed directly on my new site) and an additional 267 still need to be moved. Is this correct?

  If I misremembered my number of subscribers on my old blog and really have only 267 total, I should still see a total of 268 at my new site. Could you please check this for me?

  The 267 subscribers are Twitter subscribers. We pull this information from as these are attached to your Twitter profile. You can follow the instructions in this guide if you want to have a Twitter button on your self-hosted site: https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons#follow

  I have added the Twitter Follow button. Will Jetpack update my subscriber count to include the Twitter followers again?

  Also, can you please transfer my stats, too?

  Viewing the Twitter stats in your WordPress (Jetpack) Site Stats is not something we support at the moment. However, we’ve registered your suggestion and will keep it in mind for future features and updates!
