transfer subscribers to self hosted w/jetpack?

  I moved from mylateralevolution.wordpress.com to self hosting mylateralevolution.com.

  I installed jetpack for wordpress and it says it’s connected to wordpress. The problem is that my new posts aren’t showing up on my followers reader anymore.

  I read in the forums that I have to contact support to have you guys configure things on your end so that my posts show up on my followers reader…transfer my subscribers and whatnot?

  Can you tell me if this is the case and if not how/what I should do? Thank you…

  It looks like one of my colleagues has responded to your email about this issue, and he has transferred your subscribers to your self-hosted site for you. If you have any questions about this, please let us know!
