Transfer subscribers to self hosting .org

  Hello,
  I recently went from wordpress.com to org. I already transferred my email subscribers with the help of a plugin. And now I want to transfer my followers. I already installed a jetpack, but I kinda hit a wall. Can somebody help me with that?
