Transfer subscription?

  Hi, I subscribed to the Premium plan and then I designed my site on WordPress.com. Then, I got a new host, and had my site transferred to WordPress.org. Now, my new site does not reflect that I have paid for a year of the Premium plan, which I have. How do I change my plan from the old site to the new one?

  Are you clear on the fact that wordpress.COM upgrades apply only to sites that remain hosted by wordpress.COM?

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com Premium Plans cannot be used on self-hosted sites. Our plans only apply to sites on our servers, not to sites hosted on the servers of other providers.

  I can still give you a late refund on the Premium Plan if you’re not going to use it, but the request must come from the username who owns the upgrade, sarahkschmidt, and it must happen within 48 hours, or I won’t be able to refund that plan any more.
