Transfer subscription and stats from wordpress.com to .org

  I bought a domain name for my wordpress.com blog (neurorexia.wordpress.com) through wordpress and for a while it’s been at neurorexia.com. I recently transferred the domain and the site to Blue Host.
  Since the domain name didn’t change, I thought maybe my stats would transfer over – but they didn’t.
  If possible (and I really hope so!) I’d like to transfer my old stats and subscribers over to the new host “http://www.neurorexia.com” Is there any way to do this myself?
