  Can we transfer subscriptions from a different site i had to a new one?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Are you talking about subscribers to your site? To move their subscription follow this guide to export them: https://wordpress.com/support/subscribers
  
  On your new account you can import the CSV file, https://wordpress.com/support/import-subscribers-to-a-newsletter/

  To make sure we guide you correctly, could you let us know what kind of subscriptions you’re referring to?
  – Are they WordPress.com followers, Jetpack email subscribers, or something else (like paid memberships or newsletters)?
  – What are the URLs of the old and new sites?
