  I want to know if I do a transfer to wordpress.org with a guided transfer will it transfer over my site exactly the way it is?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Krizia,

  Can you let me know what you mean by exactly? Themes and WordPress.com customizations do not transfer over. However, there is a self-hosted version of the Forever theme as seen on their support guide:

  https://wordpress.com/themes/forever/

  The download link is under Stats & Info. So you should have something very similar to what you had before.

  Yes your media will be transferred, including your post/pages.

  I want to cancel my purchase. It has been 4 days and no one has done a thing. I want my refund for the $129 to my credit card.

  She mentioned that it can take up to a week. I see that she processed the refund 2 hours ago and sent an email to your account. Please give it a week and let us know if you still haven’t received it.
