Transfer the domain name after cancellation request

    Hello,
    I did not renew my domain name for transferring to another hosting provider .
    People ask me the authorization code .
    How to cancel my request to cancel the domain name that I own .
    What is the time to return to my cancellation and procedure ?

    Hi there,

    Since you have deleted your domain it has already been sent back to our registrar partners in preparation for it to be released to the registry.

    I have contacted them to see if it is possible to retrieve it back in to your account so that you can either try and transfer it or renew it before transferring it (renewal time gets added on to a domain and transfers with it, so you would get to keep any additional time you add on to the domain with your new registrar), however I have not heard back yet.

    As soon as I receive a response I will let you know!

    Sorry about the delay, but your domain has now been re-activated and placed back in to your account. It is now available online.

    Oh, I forgot to mention that the mapping which you paid a few days ago has been refunded to you, since it is included with the domain that was reactivated.

    In regards to Privacy, I’m afraid that as a result of your domain having just been reactivated, we are unable to just remove the privacy at this time. You can renew your domain with it in place and we can cancel and refund it when it is fully functional again, or you can choose to keep the domain privacy, but we cannot delete it quite yet.
