Transfer the information from the existing domain

    Since we have got http://www.thebriege.co.th, how can we ensure that we can transfer the information from this site with the same domain name (without . WordPress.com? Do we require a username & password from our existing domain? The worse case is that we have lost the code to access to the site cause we can no longer contact the developer.

    Hey there, I want to be sure I understand you correctly; can you confirm?

    1 – you’d like to transfer an existing to our services, keeping the same domain and the site intact

    2 – you don’t currently have access to the site

    Are both of those correct? And,

    3 – is the domain really thebriege.co.th ? I can’t seem to load that up; is there a typo or is the hosting down as well?

    You’d be welcome to move the site here. I’d recommend the Business Plan. You will need access to the existing site and the domain settings, though. Please fill us in with more context and we’ll help how we can. Also, if you have been paying for hosting, please contact the host for assistance. The existing site will need to be up and running and accessible for a proper transfer.
