Transfer Theme

    I bought a theme (Basis Theme by The Theme Foundry) on this wordpress.com account but my company actually has decided to move to wordpress.org. Is there any way I can just transfer this theme over instead of paying for it again?

    Hi there,

    It looks like Chase was able to help you out with this via Live Chat. Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to transfer a WordPress.com theme to your self-hosted site. However, you’re still within the 30-day refund window for both your Premium bundle and Basis theme purchase. If you would like, I could refund both of those purchases. Would you like me to do that?
