Transfer theme purchases from one blog to another

  There used to be a feature that allowed users to transfer premium theme purchases from one blog to another — but I don’t see this anymore. Can you please help me make a transfer?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To quote:

  When you purchase a Premium theme, it is available for the lifetime of that blog. If you would like to use the same theme across multiple blogs, you’ll have to purchase the theme for each blog.

  Note: Premium Themes that are set up for WordPress.com use only cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites. Some Automattic-developed Premium themes can be transferred to a self-hosted site at no charge, as part of a Guided Transfer. Please post in the Premium theme forums if you’d like to know whether your theme qualifies.
