Transfer Theme to New Blog

I purchased the Zuki theme for a blog that I am no longer using and want to transfer the theme to my new blog. How do I make the transfer?

Thank you for your response. I used the link and went to the Purchase section. My premium theme says it Never Expires. There are no drop down options that I can find that tell me how to transfer the theme from one blog to another.

Please provide the following information and both of the URLs involved.
What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the wordpress.COM hosted site you refer to please?
And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site and purchased any upgrades for it?

I paid for the Zuki theme under http://accettori.wordpress.com. I will not be using this domain and want to shift my theme to my new site http://dimidia.wordpress.com.
