transfer title from stale blog

  Hello. I want to register a new blog, but the title is taken. However, the person who registered this blog title apparently did so in 2005 and has added no content to the blog. There’s no contact form nor contact info on the page for the blog’s owner, so how can I contact this person or get WordPress to contact the person so I can use that title?

  You don’t – WordPress.COM respects the privacy of blog owners and does not take blog names away from people.

  You need to pick a different name or do purchase a regular domain name and map it to your site here.
