Transfer to cPanel WordPress server

    I would like to transfer my WP site to a cPanel server that has the WordPress toolkit

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    It sounds like you might be referring to the WordPress Editing Toolkit plugin? This plugin enables some additional features, inside the Site Editor, here at WordPress.com.

    To upgrade to the Business plan, you can do so at Upgrades → Plans in your WordPess.com dashboard.

    After upgrading, you can ensure that you enable this plugin from Plugins, in your WordPress.com dashboard. You will also be able to utilise additional features at that time. such as SFTP and database access that you can read some more about, at the link shared below:
