Transfer to different host

  Ladies and Gents,

  I am trying to move my Blog to a different hosting solution.
  I got the Auth-Code and the ApproveMove link.

  However it won’t allow me to transfer the domain.
  I called my new host and they say that my status with WordPress is still:
  “Client transfer prohibited”

  How can I change this as soon as possible, yesterday would be the best;)?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
