Transfer to GoDaddy – site unavailable

We recently found out from Uniregistry that they transferred to GoDaddy. Now we can’t access our website. Can you tell us what happened. Both Uni and GoDaddy are pointing to each other as the problem.

Hi,
I can see that you have a domain connected to your site uk2udotnet.wordpress.com, but the DNS records are pointing outside of WordPress.com. Do you want the domain uk2u.net to load the site uk2udotnet.wordpress.com? If so, you will need to change the nameservers on the domain but for that, you’d need to access it via your registrar and this is where we can’t help, since the domain is not owned by us. I can see that the domain is registered with GoDaddy, though, if that helps. I’d suggest insisting on getting support from the company you registered the domain with.
You can then transfer the domain to WordPress.com, if you’d like. This way, you’d keep everything in one place. If you purchase any of our paid plans, the domain transfer will be free of charge, and the domain will be renewed for a whole year:
Let me know if you have any more questions regarding that.
