transfer to new provider not working

I get the following error when trying to confirm my move via the Transfer confirmation form. Please help:Could not issue transfer: Unable to process transfer for my domain. Object status prohibits operation. –The domain you are trying to transfer to xyz, an authorized service provider, may be locked at the current registrar WILD WEST DOMAINS, LLC. Please contact the current registrar WILD WEST DOMAINS, LLC to verify it and try again.

For new domains and after changing whois contact information, there is a waiting period of 60 days before a transfer can be initiated.
