Transfer to .org

I recently transitioned from kimscounselingcorner.wordpress.com to a wordpress.org site (kimscounselingcorner.com). I have activated the most recent jetpack but my email and non-email followers are not transferring. Can you please help me to transfer the followers? As I understand, you may not be able to transfer non-email followers, but if you can at least help with the email followers I will really appreciate your assistance. Thanks in advance.

You are correct – those followers who use the WordPress.com reader will have to subscribe to the new WordPress.org site.
I will flag this thread for staff assistance, and they will be able to transfer your e-mail followers for you. Please subscribe to this thread and they will contact you once the transfer is complete!
