What you can or cannot do on an ipage site is beyond the scope of these support forums which are only focused on support for those with free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
You are in the WordPress.COM support forums and we can only use these themes and no others at all on our free hosted blogs > http://wordpress.com/themes/
There is no upgrade you can purchase that will provide FTP access and the ability to install plugins, import and upload third party themes, and/or edit templates and themes in a free hosted WordPress.com blog. You must hire a web host and then set up your own WordPress.org install.

if i upgrade the wordpress.com account, then can i do it?
If ipage is my webhost..
why do i need the .org?

No. You cannot use any theme that is not found here on any free hosted WordPress.com blog > http://wordpress.com/themes/
That theme is a WordPress>ORG theme.

thank you Timethief.
excuse my confusion… so there is no way to upgrade from “free hosted wordpress.com” to use this .org theme?
then, if i buy a .com premium theme, will that give me more then 2 pages? or do i need to buy premium theme and upgrade my blog?
how do I unlock more pages?
