Transfer to WordPress.org

  Hello All,

  I would like to transfer my wordpress.com to a .org site.
  The first step, transferring url to blue host, requires an EPP.

  I have read instructions/how-to articles. However I cannot find the EPP code anywhere. Where can I find this information? Step-by-step!
