  Hi, we want to transfer our present web site on WP platform, becouse we plan to organise one e-commerce shop in future.

  You can definitely move your current site to WordPress.com. If youre current site is hosted on different service provider and you are migrating to WordPress.com then refer this link. It will help you in smooth migration.

  You may also refer this link for moving your site to WordPress.com, to a self-hosted WordPress site, between WordPress.com blogs, or to transfer your site to another WordPress.com user.
