Transfer Upgrade ownership

I am the primary Admin and owner of ExPreacherMan.com. The former secondary Admin who ordered the original Upgrade is no longer an Admin at ExPreacherMan.com. His PayPal account failed to pay on the 9/20 due date so I need to transfer ownership, upgrade email notification etc to me and pay with my credit card.
I want no ads and the name ExPreacherMan.com as it is listed now.
Will appreciate your help

Is a “No Ads” upgrade the same as a “Domain” upgrade… and what are the costs? And how are they tied to my (Blog owner’s) email address and not to the previous now resigned Admin’s email address?
Need someone to answer some questions as time is of the essence.

Hi John,
Right now, you own the No Ads upgrade for your site, but as you mentioned someone else owns the domain name expreacherman.com. (Each upgrade is owned by a specific WordPress.com user.)
We’ll need the current domain owner to confirm the request to transfer ownership to you — can you please ask that person to reply here or contact us directly to confirm this request?
The domain owner renewed this domain, so the domain is still valid for another year and there’s time to sort this out. Please let me know if you have any questions about that!

Since this is a public forum, how do we protect the identities and email addresses from thieves?
I will transfer my ownership of No Ads to a new Administrator but i question doing it publicly.

Hi John,
If you prefer, you can contact us privately by submitting a private support request via our contact form or you can email us directly.
However, you can also put email addresses in your reply, and our forum software will hide them so they are only visible to staff. You can also give just the WordPress.com username of the person you want to transfer the upgrade to, instead of their email address.

You can find the details for each upgrade (including the renewal date and cost) under Store > My Upgrades in the site’s dashboard here:

Please note that only the upgrade owner can renew an upgrade, but as an administrator on the site you can see each upgrade there. We send notifications to the upgrade owner when an upgrade is due to be renewed.

I was surprised to note that No Ads was not paid for the next year. The link you sent says it expires in 45 days:

I suppose CalifGracer will contact you later today after his work day to transfer the Domain Name to Johninnc. Please advise me when that is done.
Seems odd, to say the least, that I the owner of ExPreacherMan web site and the primary Admin, am completely out of the loop regarding our Domain Name. Seems uncharacteristically quirky for an otherwise great WordPress.

Yes, since johninnc is the new upgrade owner, he will receive all notifications and details about how to renew the upgrade before it expires.
