Transfer upgrade to another site

  Hi guys,
  I just bought the Premium upgrade, but I didn’t realize that this upgrade is site (blog) driven. I deleted the site where the upgrade was registered on (sociallunaticdotcom1.wordpress.com). I guess this is the reason why I cannot transfer the upgrade to another site now (it keeps saying transfer failed). Can you help me transfer the upgrade to another site of mine, or do I need to ask for a refund and then buy the Premium upgrade again?
