Transfer url from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

I signed up for this wordpress blog. I gave wordpress a brand new url as above . I now want control of the url so I can enter new nameservers becuase I mistakenly signed up for wordpress.com and want to work in wordpress.org
I cant get access to the url as it is now being hosted by wildwestdomains and have absolutely no details as this happened automatically and I received no information direct from wildwest frontiers so they cant access my account (it needs a pin number) and I dont have it and neither do they. They have recommended I contact wordpress.com to sort this out, but I cant get support as I dont have a premium account. Im completely confised and stuck. Please help
