Transfer websites to WordPress.com
-
I want to transfer both my sites directly to WordPress.com. How would I go about doing so. I have affiliate links in each, but can work around that if necessary once transfered. They’re both with GoDaddy and pointed at Wealthy Affiliate, but I want full control and that’s why I need to transfer them, but want to continue to use WordPress as my sitebuilder as I like the plugins
I also need to know how I can back-up so that the wites can be transfered, if need be, or will it just be done automatically as both are currently created with WordPress ie: http://www.iamthataffiliate.com and http://www.freewebsiteaffiliates.com
I already access both websites via WordPress, but find that if I try t access via http://www.wordpress.com, then both the user names and passwords are not recognized….. How is this possible? -
Have you read the support docs comparison here http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/, the Terms of Service and the policies so you know what gets a blog suspended?

but want to continue to use WordPress as my sitebuilder as I like the plugins
That’s not possible here. This is a multiuser blogging platform. Our blogs are not free standing. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins. There is no upgrade you can purchase that will provide FTP access and the ability to install plugins, upload themes, and/or edit templates and themes in a free hosted WordPress.com blog.

To use plugins you must hire a web host and then set up your own WordPress.org install. Please read this comparison > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
