transfer wordpress host to a self hosting problem

    Thanks so much for merging the statistics from my old WordPress.com site to my new WordPress.org site. Yes, I did view them and it’s great to have those stats combined finally.

    Now, there is one more stat that needs to be merged: My facebook followers need to be brought from my old WordPress.com site to my new WordPress.org site. Naturally, I need any new Facebook followers to be included in my stats.

    Please continue to work with me on these merging issues. Again, thanks so much for your help so far.

    Hello,

    This is something which you will be required to do yourself, as the connection between your account and Facebook is unique and cannot be transferred. Instead you will need to follow steps 1 through 5 in the article located here:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#reconnecting-facebook

    And once you have fully disconnected your previous WordPress.com account, you can log in to your new WordPress.org account, go to Jetpack, and then in the Publicize tile click “Configure” and add your Facebook account.
