Transfer WordPress plan from site to site

Hi there !
Recently my website got hacked and I decided to start a new one from scratch.
The thing is, I had a wordpress plan (allowing me to download and use plugins) on the old one, but I don’t have one yet on the new one.
Is there anything I could do to transfer it ? I’m also willing to delete the old website, so I can use it’s domain name for my newly created one, I’ve read online that it was possible, but what about all the plugins and paid plugins that were installed on my old website, will have I to buy them all again ? I don’t really want to migrate the website considering I’m not sure wether or not its’ files are corrupted or not.

I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re going to need more information from you.
Can you let us know the URL of the site where you currently have the plan? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

Thank you for the answer, and sorry for the late one from me (thought I had email notifications, but I didn’t).
The old website is cachalot.fr, but as I said earlier, it has been hacked, so you should be careful around it.
I’ve started my new website under cachalotfr.wordpress.com, but this will be only a temporary domain name. I want it to be cachalot.fr when everything is cleared.

Ah okay, you were using a free copy of WordPress with another host. The free software is DIY: you provide your own hosting, maintenance, and security. You might contact your host to ask about backups, then secure your installation. Here’s how:
Once you’ve recovered the site, if you’d like, you’d be welcome to move it to our services so we can manage maintenance and security for you. You would just need a plan that supports outside code.
