How do I transfer Website to new host. According to WP My Site doesn’t exit.

The site URL is baymachineworks.com. The past host expired and I now have a new host at Hostinger.com

This is WordPress.com. And this is a new account you’re using here that was created last week. Your site doesn’t appear to have been hosted here. Where was it hosted previously? I trust that you backed up the content of your site ready to move it to Hostinger before you let your domain expire? If the site was using the WordPress.org software the correct support forum is:

The site was hosted previously at iPage.com and was set up by someone else. Therefore the host expired without me being notified. They have forwarded all the files and I have them now on my computer. I cannot access iPage. I got the files in hostinger today and now I need to access wp-admin. I have an old WordPress admin area username and password but it doesn’t work. I did find out I need to use wordpress.org? I could still use a little help.
