i have a blog named youthent.wordpress.com since one year, now i want to transfer my blog as wordpress.org blog, how it is possible

Please clearly understand that there is no such thing as a “transfer” that you do not undertake yourself. Also understand that your theme from wordpress.com blog is not exportabel and neither are the contents of your text widgets. If you have special text and images in your text widgets then you will have to copy and paste it into text widgets in your new wordpress.ORG install. Lastly, note that the set of widgets you get with your wordpress.ORG install is minimal and does not contain any of the widgets that have been specifically created for wordpress.com blogs.
