Transfer WordPress.com blog without upgrades

  I would like to transfer this blog to my ex without upgrades; I would like him to take over any payments. What is the easiest way for me to do this?

  If I transfer it, will he be able to access my billing information?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  All upgrades will be transferred with the blog, and will be owned by the user you’ve transferred the blog to. Please be aware of this before you transfer your blog. The new owner will not be able to make new purchases or renew upgrades using your payment information, but will be able to manage the upgrades as their own. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-wordpress-com-user-or-account

  I’m just not sure about the custom domain. I’ll tag this for staff to follow up regarding that.

  Hi there,

  The custom domain is the same as other upgrades for you. We will ask you to confirm it (since a domain is something that is much more difficult to undo changes on), but the change can still be made by the same process outlined in the article which @kokkieh provided.
