Transfer WordPress.com followers to my website with WordPress.org?

  Hi, I’ve read that you can help me transferring my followers and email subscribers to my new site at WordPress.org! I’ve contacted Jetpack support and haven’t gotten a reply yet, but that would be so helpful if you could help me out.

  In the last few months we have rolled out a tool which allows you to migrate your followers all on your own. You can find it right here:

  If you run in to any troubles with it, feel free to get back to me with the WordPress.com URL that you are migrating from and your new URL and I’ll be happy to see what I can do!
