Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and posted the relevant URL(s) into this forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of subscribers and stats for you. I tagged this thread for their attention.

Thank you for getting back to me! The jetpack was installed by the team I had transfer everything at bluehost so it should be ready. How long will the subscriber and stat transfer take?

    Hi there,

I see you have a WordPress.com site at rustichoneydotcom.wordpress.com and your new Jetpack site is 66.147.244.129/~rusticho/ . Is that your final address for the new site, or will you be moving it?

If those URLs are correct, I will migrate your followers for you. Please let me know.

I have transferred my wp.com site to rustichoney.com (http://rustichoney.com/) hosted through bluehost. I had there team transfer everything for me and they installed the jetpack so I’m not sure why it would still show 66.147.244.129/~rusticho/.

Do I need to change this and do you know what my next step is to do so? Thank you for your help! :)

    Hi laurenrustichoney,

Please try disconnecting your new site from Jetpack and reconnecting it to this WordPress.com account. Once that’s done, please let me know.

    Hi There,

I have disconnected and reconnected the jetpack to my WP.com account. Let me know if you need anything else!

    Thanks,
    Lauren

    Hi there,

Your WordPress.com subscribers and email followers have been transferred to rustichoney.com as requested. (Disconnecting/reconnecting Jetpack reset the domain to the proper address).

Please note that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.

Thank you for transferring! Looks like it worked. Is there any way to also transfer my previous stats from WP.com? I thought it would all transfer together?
    Thanks!

    Hi again,

Sorry about that, I missed you mentioning stats in a subsequent post.

I’ve merged your WordPress.com stats with your new site stats for you.

Thank you again! MADE MY DAY!!!

    Awesome! Glad to help. :)

I also could use support transferring my blog subscribers from kandacejones.wordpress.com to http://kandacejones.com. I have installed Jetpack on the new site – should I deactivate it? Let me know. Thanks!

    HI kandacejones,

Your WordPress.com subscribers and email followers have been transferred as requested.

Please note that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.

You might think about setting up a Site Redirect for your WordPress.com site at kandacejones.wordpress.com to send your site visitors to your new domain. Otherwise, people will still be able to subscribe on your old site.
