    Hello! I own domain – silkpassionbyg.com, but there are writen information in Transfer your domain section: silkpassionbyg.com can’t be transferred due to a transfer lock at the registry, but you can connect it instead.

    How I can connect it instead? Thank you in advance!

    Hi there,

    I don’t see a reason for the domain transfer to not work. I see that it is more than 60 days old and the transfer status also shows ok. Could you please check with your domain registrar once to get more details about the transfer lock? Sometimes the registrar needs to remove it at their end.

    In terms of domain connection, you can follow the steps shown in this support guide https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/#about-domain-connection Please note that you need a paid WordPress.com plan subscription for your site to be able to connect your domain to it.
