transferability of subdomain mapping fee

  My primary blog, thewickedwoman.com, is mapped to the subdomain thewickedwoman.wordpress.com. This mapping is set to expire in a couple of days. I have a second site, savetammysfamily.com, mapped to savetammysfamily.wordpress.com that is not set to expire until next year. I want to keep thewickedwoman.com here, but would LOVE to move the savetammysfamily.com domain to my self-hosted site. Would it be possible to simply transfer the fee I’ve already paid to map savetammysfamily.com to savetammysfamily.wordpress.com to thewickedwoman.com mapping and point savetammysfamily.com to my self-hosted site?
