  I keep losing your help when I write something. Am I doing something wrong? I read that someone would be able to help me transfer the contents of my site to my new site. Can you help me. I tried all day yesterday but it’s not clear to me. I lost all my contents again from my old site. Can you help me on that too please.

  What are both URLs starting with http:// please?

  The old one is http://www.thedreadedcword.com and where I want that information to be transferred into is http://www.outofeverybadcomesgoodevencancer.com

  Yes. That is of course the information needed to help you. It reveals that you are posting to the wrong support forum. Neither of those sites are hosted by WordPress.COM and our Staff cannot help you.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
