  Hi there, I’m trying to transfer domain from Squarespace – and it won’t let me – its past the 60 days now

  Can you please share your site URL so as to look into the issue.

  Also, if you could let us know more details about the issue/error you face while you try to transfer, it will be helpful.

  I’ve got the Transfer Authorisation Code, but it’s still saying the domain is locked

  Hi Lisa (and thank you @vinitdhake for flagging us!)

  Our internal tools say the domain status is “clientTransferProhibited” and I’ve used https://www.whois.net/ to confirm the same status shows elsewhere too.

  Can you check in with SquareSpace to see what they’re seeing on their end, and why it may be showing as locked elsewhere?
