Transfering a Domain Name

  Dear Team,

  How can I transfer a Go Daddy Domain Name here and also get a license for the website. Can we work with Government of India for Licenses for bloggers or Writers ?

  It’s possible to transfer a domain over to WordPress.com as per these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/

  With regards to requiring a licence, as far as I know there’s no need for a license to write.
