transfering a paid upgrade from one blog to another

  I am trying to transfer my theme upgrade from one blog to another and get this error message: The product transfer could not be completed because a subscription or transaction record could not be found. Please contact support and quote this message to resolve the issue.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Which site would you like it transferred to?

  I’d like to transfer it to sydneystclaire.wordpress.com I didn’t realize that I had created two accounts and had thought someone else had that account then realized much later when it kept showing up that it was mine all along!

  In regard to your duplicate site, if you want to permanently delete it, follow the guide below:

  Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a site, as we can’t revert a site deletion for any reason.

  If you want to hide your site instead, you can use the following guide to make your site private so only you and other members of the site can view it when logged in:
