Transfering a premium plan to another one of my own sites

  Hi,
  My site http://www.onlyfragmentsremain.com is up for renewal in a few days. I have a couple of other sites with you that also have a premium package and I think I might have overstretched myself. Is it possible that I can transfer the premium plan for http://www.footpathfolk.com, which still has six months to run, to cover http://www.onlyfragmentsremain.com? Thank you for your help.
