Transfering account content from one account to another

I tried to assign to another account the content of an account that I am deleting and, I managed to achieve that. The content of the forum is assigned to the account to which the content was transferred. That said, orders and registrations were not attributed to the destination account. We would probably have to take each order one by one and assign them to the destination account first, a procedure we have already done in other cases. In doing so, however, the list of people to whom I can reassign orders and assign content is very limited. For example, for my test, I wanted to assign the content to someone who was in the same course and had interacted in the same forum, and I searched but couldn’t find anyone in the scrolling list who I could assign the content and which met this criterion.
What criteria determines whether or not I can assign content to another account or not?

Thanks for sharing that URL. Looking at journalcreatif.com I can see that the site isn’t hosted by our managed environment at WordPress.com.
Instead, that site is set up on a stand alone WordPress installation. Help with that version of WordPress comes from your hosting provider or the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ We don’t have any access to help you.
