Transfering Blog Followers

  Hi there,

  I just switched from http://lamourcheznous.wordpress.com/ to http://lamourcheznous.com/. I managed to transfer my email subscribers using a plugin, but I’m still at a loss for my wordpress followers. I read in a previous thread, https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/keeping-blog-followers-when-moving-to-self-hosted-wp?replies=51
  that WordPress staff could import our followers to a new site. Is this still relevant? Would it be possible? Any hints in this area would be greatly appreciated!
