Transfering blog from blogsoft to wordpress.com

  Hi,

  I have had a blog at blogg.no (blogsoft) for a while, but they keep crashing and are unreliable. I wish to move all the content from there to my wordpress.com-blog.

  Can this be done? How?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
